Graduated top of his class in 2004, and from the time he was sworn in, he developed a judicial practice in criminal law, commercial law and corporate law, as well as in civil litigation.
With a wealth of experience behind him, Sylvain GALINAT has gradually taken on the management of cases involving complex issues, leading him to invest judicial strategy as a specific field of activity in a variety of matters.
It is therefore logical that he should be involved in economic and financial offences and offences relating to business law.
Committed to the defence of individual freedoms, he is regularly involved in the criminal defence of numerous associations and groups.
He also advises on and handles litigation in audio-visual and trademark law.
