Drawing on her multidisciplinary experience and her commitment to a cross-disciplinary vision of her profession, she mainly advises companies and individuals on employment law, social security law and social protection.
Her practice focuses on providing advice (drafting employment contracts, internal regulations, setting up redundancy procedures, managing relations with staff representative bodies, employment audits, assisting employees in negotiated termination, settlements…..) and also on litigation, providing assistance and representation before the courts and administrative tribunals (as plaintiff or defendant) before Industrial Tribunal, Social Security Tribunal, Incapacity Litigation Tribunal, Administrative Tribunal and the Court of appeal.

Najda MILLER

Najda Miller holds a Master II in Business Law and a Master II in Employment Law from the University of Bordeaux. She obtained her doctorate in private law in 2018, followed by the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession.

Pauline Engel graduated from the University of Bordeaux with a master's degree in criminal law. She joined TGB in 2025 to complete a professional doctorate under the supervision of Professor Jean-Christophe Saint-Pau and Maître Sylvain Galinat, with a thesis on ‘Militancy and criminal law’.
